If you read Good things happen!! (pt.1) you already know the meaning of this post. (If you didn’t, check it out!!!๐ )
All these things are related to my personal growth, that obviously has to do with this blog growth as well.
EATING BETTER
I know what you are thinking: “Oh no, another motivational or health blog that says just to eat well to be happy, boring stuff, blabla”, but this shit is true. A lot.
Your habits reflect who you are. Your ideals, your behaviour, everything. Even your eating habits.
I’m not the “queen of eating well”, I just eat better than I was used to. And it changed my life (I lost like 40 kilos so yeah I think that’s life changing). Eating well gives you more energy, less stress, and also more discipline and self control. We all know we don’t need to eat more/shitty stuff all the time. I sometime also eat something not-so-good food for me, just don’t take it as a habit.
Also, I have much moooore time to work now that I decided to have lunch almost everyday with Huel.
What the f is that? ๐คจ

It’s just a food substitute; nothing dangerous or strange-dietetic, quite the opposite! It has all the macro-nutrients you need in one serving, and you can better manage your calories. You can both lose, gain or maintain your current weigh. Everything is up to you. And there are a lot of different flavours; I have Chocolate and Berry, I use to add them to Oat Milk (๐)
Also, it makes you save soooo much time! (I don’t always have will and time to cook, sit two hours at the table blabla, sorry mom ๐ ). 1 min and your lunch is ready, and while “eating” it, you can work on your laptop, study, draw and even go outside with it.
Really comfortable and recommended. If you’d like to try it, I’m leaving here my referral code so you can save a lil bit of your money!!

EXERCISE
Another “boring-motivational-blog” thing! Also true as well. Working out 2/3 times a week helps me to release the tension accumulated during the day, to free my mind a little from work, personal thoughts, and feel more energetic.
I’m not a bodybuilder or a fanatic, for me 2/3 times a week are enough. For everyone at least 30/40 minutes for 3 times a week are sufficient for a healthy life, without the need for specific and intensive training (this means that’s it’s okay for people of all age, sex etc.)
It also helps my discipline, because u know I don’t always have will to stand up, change clothes and go lose come calories. But I do it anyway! And discipline is essential when you work for you self. As I read somewhere (sorry for forgetting your name but I had to write your quote): “It’s difficult when you are a strict boss and a lazy employee at the same time”. So, discipline.
Also, c’mon every one wants to feel a lil bit in shape and healthy, so I do my best to look normal and improve my health!

QUITTING BAD HABITS
Yes, bad habits are REALLY BAD.
This year I stopped a loooot of shit; among the most important, I quit smoking. Just this allowed me to be more healthy and working out better (I couldn’t run before, it was really difficult). I have more money (and when you start living without your parents in an other country, you need it๐). I am more disciplined and I have more willpower (it was very difficult for me since I had been smoking for 4/5 years, so, really proud๐).
Leaving something bad for you, makes room for a lot of good things!
These are some of the small-big things that helped me to build a better mindset and improve my life and my work (still improving obviously). Take action; you’ll suffer a lil bit (my legs hurt after gym ๐) but it’s really worthy. Just, idk, enjoy the process! (Yes, another boring-motivational-blog thing!!)
